Very perceptive--I can only hope your assessment of Putin (much the same as mine) is accurate. If he and Xi can thwart the Davos globalist, the world might once again be a happy place. As an aside on the Heaviness--I can personally testify that at 75, a 50lb sack of goat food weighs a lot more today than it did 20 years ago.

the difference is that the USSR only invaded afganistan and then only after years and years of just biding its time and hiding. The USSR didnt have the resources to invade and dominate other countries because their command and control economy was not so productive. Their foreign policy was actually quite risk averse.

meanwhile the US regime has 800 military bases and projects imperial power around the world, justifying its action as protecting democracy; stealing productive efforts of the private sector TO fund its craven power lust and fooling the public into thinking that the regime is acting in their interest.

ask yourself which regime was more evil

And if you're there, might as well catch the <5min clip from David Icke 3/5/22.

Nobody is focus in China, that's where the real threat is. Job well done, fog curtain with Ukraine and Russia to keep off the attention from the red Chinese dragon, jus waiting for his moment to take the big leap into the world economy, turning it into total slavery.

He’s the enemy of our enemy, but he’s definitely not our friend. And Russia and China are simply offering a nationalist version of tyranny vs a globalist one. While that might be better there’s no discussion or recognition of the third option: Liberty and the primacy of individualism vs collectivism.

"[...western man] has become an embarrassment of arrogance, ignorance and hypocrisy on the world stage. Subdued by decades of decadence he has embraced gluttony and cowardice and reduced himself to a servant for globalist pimps who demand he bend over and take what’s offered." That's certainly true.

The de-branded, unwoke utopia you have conjured up is certainly enticing. It's effing cold in Russia, but maybe the Crimea on the Black Sea would be nice? It could be a way to buy another 10 years or more. Eventually, W Civ will collapse upon itself like the black hole that it is.

Absolutely correct. The US government is No friend of American people, or any other peoples who wish to be free. This goes double for every country under US hegemony including Ukraine.

Today I walked with a friend who was hissing with hatred of all things Russian: Putin is the latterday Evil One, the would be world ruler.

My attempts to emphasise western complicity were dismissed as irrelevant, given what's happening now.

The nudging honed to perfection during the lockdown era, has worked so well: frustration and resentment have been skilfully redeployed in Russia's direction, just in time to see off those pesky anti-lockdown protests.

The west is changing so rapidly now and an implicit mass movement of opinion is underway, as outliers like those gathered at this site and a few others, attempt to resist the onslaught of managed emotive righteousness.

Russian cats banned from cat shows, commestibles under new management in our opportunistic supermarkets, as Kyiv becomes the sanctioned label for a chicken dish.

Our leaders the unelected experts and the supine commentariat who eagerly locked us up, ruled by diktat, destroyed our social, psychological, physical and economic wellbeing, who vapourised public trust and civic norms-all in the name of staying safe and stopping the spread-now have a new role as the vanguard in the fight against Russian tyranny.

The hypocrisy and opportunism is blatant, but the public has taken up the cause with alacrity.

Anger never goes away, but has to be weaponised to focus on suitable targets: Islamist outrages are strictly off limits, as we've noted in the past. Certain protests are supported and sanctioned, while others attract heavy handed arrests and denunciations.

The events in Ukraine are awful;mediation and arbitration are urgently needed to bring an end to the fighting and the bloodshed but who has the integrity and the ability to bring this about?

Thanks...you are so right...Amerika is goin' down, but not before it pulls vast amounts of humanity down with it and attempts to actually change the genetic makeup of billions of the unwashed masses (and the washed masses, too!)...see Putin's address today...he seems very sad at the loss

of life necessitated by the US/EU/NATO neoNazi regime currently headed up by a Zionist Jew of all things...:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_BGNNKQ5TM
